It's about a 50 year old recipe. I improved it by adding some lemon peel and raisins to the quark filling. Of course, instead of quark, the bags can also be e.g. be filled with ground nuts, nutella, poppy seeds or plum jam. We like them best with cottage cheese and nuts.
